Hi there, I'm Bianca...

I’ve helped hundreds of women ditch the diet cycle, lose weight effortlessly with plant-based eating, and feel

amazing in their bodies again, without counting calories, tracking macros or eating animals.

Back in 2015 my life was turned up-side down after a snowboarding accident nearly killed me.

I was skinny-fat, and lived off junk food fast-food diet, napped 3 hours a day (for 3 years), hated my body, used to seek out unsafe attention for validation and used alcohol and food to escape my internal judgements and shame.

After the accident, the doctors confirmed I had lacerated my spleen in half (I thought 'what even is a spleen' !?) and needed to undergo an immediate life-saving operation - which only had a 50/50 chance of survival.

Thankfully I chose not to die from internal bleeding, and was left sofa & bed-bound for 3 months. I exhausted Netflix and eventually came across 'What The Health' - a documentary about the life we live and it's impact to our health.

I knew then that my partying days were over, I had to change, and I had to share this with the world.

I shifted to a pescatarian diet but it took me 5 years to go fully plant-based, and Vegan, and I want to share with you everything I have learned along the way from the certifications I acquired, my own journey to optimal health AND exactly what's working for my clients to lose 20, 30, 50+ lbs by adopting a sustainable plant-based lifestyle, improve their habits and change their lifestyle in a way that works for them.

FAQs

When is it happening?

We run 1-hour sessions each day at 7pm UK (London) time from Monday 20th – Friday 24th April 2026.

Are the sessions live?

Yes, and I encourage you to attend as many as you can live. You’ll not only have the chance to win participation prizes, but you’ll also be able to get your questions answered and receive additional coaching in real time.

Where is it hosted?

The live calls will take place on Zoom, and the community will be hosted inside my personal community platform (not Facebook). You’ll be given access and will be able to create your own password when you log in for the first time.

Do I have to be plant-based to participate?

Not at all. The challenge follows a plant-centred approach rooted in science-backed information. It’s for women who are already vegan/plant-based or who are wanting to move in that direction.

However, this is not a space for promoting carnivore, keto, or other diet approaches. Anyone attempting to do so will be politely removed from the community and challenge.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions?

Yes. The private community will be available throughout the challenge for questions and support from me, Bianca, as well as other participants.
